On February 24, 2003, the 100 th birthday anniversary of Professor Hessaby, Iran's most prominent and influential scientific figure in modern era, who established some of Iran's first and most important scientific and research institutions a ceremony was held in his honor in IRIB international Conference Center to pay tribute to the spirit of research and his scientific and cultural contributions.
